Welcome to Park Boulevard West

On Tuesday, December 6th San Diego Door Controls will be out to complete repairs on the garage gate between 9:00am-12:00pm. During this time there will be no access in/out of the garage as the gate will be closed while repairs are made. So please make sure your vehicle is out of the garage prior to the work if you need to leave during those hours. Thank you for your cooperation during this service and please let management know if you have any questions or concerns.

The Park Boulevard West Annual Meeting will be held on December 8, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. and we still need to receive more ballots in order to reach quorum for the meeting. Please mail or drop off your signed ballot to the management office at 550 Park Blvd before 5:00 p.m. on December 8th.
