September 2025 Community Updates

Requests For Candidates

Park Blvd West Owners, if you are interested in running for the Board, be sure to submit your Candidate Questionnaire by October 13th. For any questions, please contact Management at pbwgmhoa@gmail.com.

Moves/Deliveries

All moves and deliveries must be scheduled at least a week in advance. A general rule of thumb is if it takes more than one person to move it, then a move must be scheduled.  The reason is simply to protect the building from sustaining damage during a move.  Please be advised that if you are found to have had an unscheduled move or delivery, you will be subject to hearing and fine.  If you are unsure of the scope of your move or would like to schedule a move, please contact Management.

Breaking Down Boxes and Bulk Item Disposal

All boxes regardless of size must be broken down prior to being discarded. In addition, bulk items must be discarded offsite and not in an Association bin or placed near the bins. The Association does not offer bulk item disposal. If you are witnessed discarding a bulk item within the Association, you will be called to a Hearing and subject to fines as well as cost for the bulk item removal.

Please note that the Association receives overage fees for refuse and recycling exceeding the height of the bin which contributes to the increase in assessments annually.

Packages Not Picked Up

We are starting to see an increase in packages being left in the lobbies and not picked up for days at a time. While we instruct delivery companies (Amazon, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) to drop off items at the door, we ask that, when possible, add a note in your delivery instructions to drop off packages at your door or to utilize the Amazon lockers for Amazon packages.

Padres Schedule

Please note that there will be Padres games taking place at Petco Park on the following dates:

  • Friday, September 26th at 6:40pm
  • Saturday, September 27th at 5:40pm
  • Sunday, September 28th at 12:10pm

Be sure to review the mailer, which can also be found on the Resident Portal and contact your bank if you have autopay set up to change the amount. If you have autopay set up through Revo (Resident Portal), the new assessment amount will automatically be changed.

Packages Not Picked Up

We are starting to see an increase in packages being left in the lobbies and not picked up for days at a time. While we instruct delivery companies (Amazon, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) to drop off items at the door, we ask that, when possible, add a note in your delivery instructions to drop off packages at your door.

Trash & Recycling Left in Common Areas

During property inspections, we have noticed Residents leaving trash and empty boxes in hallways and stairwells. Please do not leave trash and recycling items outside of your unit for any duration of time as it can produce strong odors and, in some cases, leave stains on the carpet.

Padres Schedule

Please note that there will be Padres games taking place at Petco Park on the following dates:

  • Wednesday, September 3rd at 1:10pm
