The Management office will be closed Friday, December 23rd – Monday December 26th for Christmas observation and Monday, January 2nd for New Years. During this time you will need to contact the emergency dispatcher for any immediate issues 1-800-400-2284. Please keep in mind you will not be able to set up plumbing service that requires a water shut off, moves in/out of the building or HVAC service that requires roof access as no one will be onsite to facilitate those services. Please be sure to wrap your tree prior to removing it from your unit to prevent pine needle debris. Large disposal bags can be obtained in the management office.
Trees may not be brought through the Lobby. Please take the trees down to the garage via the elevator and place in the “Green” trash bin as the white is strictly for recycling (paper, plastic & glass).
