Padres Schedule

Please note that there will be Padres games taking place at Petco Park on the following dates:

Monday, April 3rd at 6:40pm

Tuesday, April 4th at 1:10pm

Thursday, April 13th & Friday, April 14th at 6:40pm

Saturday, April 15th at 1:05pm

Sunday, April 16th at 1:10pm

Monday, April 17th and Tuesday, April 18th at 6:40pm

Pets

As a reminder, Pet Owners are responsible for the immediate removal of any pet waste deposited by their pets while traveling through the Association. Please be aware that not cleaning up after your pets will result in being called to a Hearing where you may be subject to a fine.

Leases 

If you are renting out your unit, you are required to provide Management with a copy of your tenant’s lease.

Entry Doors and Garage Gate:

Management would like to remind residents to refrain from providing access to unknown individuals. If you receive a call from the call box, please do not buzz anyone in unless you have confirmed the individual’s identity. If you encounter individuals at the door that do not have a key fob, please ask them to use the call box to contact the resident they are visiting. Also, please ensure the garage gate closes behind you before continuing down the garage ramp and into the secondary roll-up gate.

Exterior Paint Project

The exterior paint project is in progress. Please be sure to keep an eye out for posted notices from Pilot Painting and visit their website www.pilotpainting.com to view updated information in regards to the project and when they will be working near your unit.

Holiday Schedule

Action Property Management will be closed on Monday, February 20th in observance of Presidents Day. If you have a emergency, such as a fire, leak, or flood, please contact Community Care at (800)400-2284.

Annual Meeting

Our Annual Meeting is taking place Wednesday, February 15th at 5pm. Be sure to turn in your ballots before the meeting! If you need a replacement ballot, please pick one up at my office located in the Building 2 lobby.

Breaking Down Boxes

When discarding boxes in the recycling bins, please be sure to break down the boxes first as they take up a lot of room and can result in overage charges to the Association

Elevator Floor Polishing

The elevator floors will be polished on the following days:

• Building 1 will have their elevator floor polished on Wednesday, February 15th from 9am to 1pm.
• Building 2 will have their elevator floor polished on Thursday, February 16th from 9am to 1pm.

Please note that during the polishing, the elevator may be placed out of service. Please plan accordingly. If you need to utilize the elevators during that time, please contact Management to make arrangements.

Large Bulk Item Pickups

Large Bulk Item pickups must be scheduled for pick up and are at cost to the Owner of the bulk item. Do not discard them without scheduling prior.

Spa Closure

The spa area will remain closed until further notice while our vendor works to repair the spa. Management to provide an update once the spa is open.
