Comic Con begins Thursday, July 24^th through Sunday, July 27^th. With Preview Night and badge pick up starting on Wednesday, July 23^rd at 6:00pm. Please plan accordingly as pedestrian and vehicle traffic is expected.

Garage Remote Rate Increase

Due to a price increase from the garage remote distributor, the cost of the garage remotes will be increasing effective immediately from $50.00 per remote to $65.00 per remote while Management and the Board of Directors look into alternative options to bring the cost back down.

Management Office Closure

The Manager’s office will be closed on Friday, July 25^th and will open on Monday, July 28^th at 9:00am. For immediate assistance, please contact Community Care at 800-400-2284. You may also chat with a live representative via the Resident Portal.

Breaking Down Boxes and Bulk Item Disposal

All boxes regardless of size must be broken down prior to being discarded. Do not discard boxes down trash chute as they can cause blockages in the chute. In addition, bulk items must be discarded offsite and not in an Association bin. The Association does not offer bulk item disposal. If you are witnessed discarding a bulk item within the Association, you will be called to a Hearing and subject to a fine.

Please note that the Association receives overage fees for refuse and recycling exceeding the height of the bin which contributes to the increase in assessments annually.

Board Meeting 

The July Board of Directors Meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 in Management’s Office and via Zoom with Open Session beginning at 6:00pm.

Fourth of July (Office Closed)

Action Property Management, Citymark (Engineering), and Dragon Cleaning Services (Janitorial) will be closed on Friday, July 4, 2025.  If there is an after-hours maintenance emergency, such as a flood, please contact Action Property Management at 800-400-2284, after-hours personnel will assist you. Paperless Monthly Statements

Did you know there is a cost to the Association for every monthly statement that is physically mailed out? If you are looking to help the Association with reducing budget increases, consider switching over to e-statements. The monthly statements are emailed directly to you.

Guest Parking

With Padres season in full swing, we have noticed an increase in guest parking usage. As a reminder only guests can utilize guest parking spaces and must have a guest parking pass displayed on their rearview mirror or dashboard. Vehicles occupying guest parking spaces without a guest parking pass displayed are subject to being towed without notice.

If you do not have a guest parking pass or have misplaced your pass, they can be purchased at Management’s Office for $50.00 (limit 2 per unit).

HVAC Maintenance

Warm weather is finally back. Which means you may be wanting to use your AC for the first time in a while and if it hasn’t been routinely inspected, an HVAC vendor may need to be contacted. Be sure to contact Management to schedule roof access with your HVAC technician.

If the technician determines that HVAC replacement is needed, an architectural application must be submitted for review and approval first. Contact Management if you have any questions.
